BlackBox is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional community for aviation enthusiasts.

By using the Service, you agree not to post, upload, share, transmit, or otherwise distribute content that is:

• Harassing, abusive, threatening, intimidating, or discriminatory
• Hateful, violent, or intended to promote hatred against individuals or groups
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate
• Unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Defamatory, misleading, or knowingly false
• Designed to bully, stalk, or target other users
• Spam, commercial solicitation, or unwanted advertising
• Otherwise objectionable or harmful to the community

BlackBox has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive users and objectionable content. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Users may report content or accounts that violate these standards. BlackBox reviews reports and takes appropriate action where necessary.

By downloading, installing, or using the BlackBox mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

BlackBox is a social platform for the aviation community, allowing users to log milestones, track aircraft, share posts, and connect with other aviation enthusiasts. A premium subscription tier, BlackBox Ascend, is available via in-app purchase.

You must be at least 13 years old to use BlackBox. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you post ("User Content"). By posting content on BlackBox, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:

• Violates Section 1 of these Terms
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Constitutes spam, commercial solicitation, or unauthorised advertising

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

BlackBox Ascend is an optional premium subscription available via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.

Subscription management, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective store policies. We do not process payments directly.

Ascend benefits are made available only for the active subscription period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

The BlackBox name, logo, and all associated branding, design, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of BlackBox. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
